Concentrate. Keep looking into my eyes. Don’t look up. And if you can’t hold Jill’s stare, look at her lips. Good. Now, move her hair back over her ear. And when you start to kiss, focus again on her. And just before your lips are about to meet, close your eyes. Okay, good. Good, you’re all set.

Sarah: Well, the good news is we’re alive and the bad news is this is kind of an uncomfortable moment right now.
Chuck: This is completely comfortable on my end…just saying.

“For me, the moment when the train splits apart in Nicholas Wootton’s episode, Chuck vs. the Bullet Train, and Sarah’s in the wrong car and she’s looking out, that moment of her looking through the window and Chuck looking through the window is a huge moment. It felt epic to me because I knew that we were not going to simply give our characters an easy out. That this was an epic moment between Chuck and Sarah, the Chuck and Sarah of who they are and what they’ve built. The stakes are very real, and for me it’s one of my favourite moments in the season. When you watch it again you see this is so much bigger than some of the death scenes that we’ve done on the show. It reminds me of one of the moments I have a hard time watching, which is the death of Stephen J. Bartowski.” - Chris Fedak
